At Freedom Health Group, we know money is tight. We also know you, your family, and your employees need to stay healthy. Our clinic provides access to primary, preventive, and urgent care health services for an affordable monthly or yearly membership fee. Freedom Health Group is not health insurance and, unlike health insurance, there are no waiting periods, no pre-existing condition limitations, and no high limit deductibles and coinsurances on top of the high monthly premiums. As a member you pay a reasonable cost for each visit without any added hidden cost or unexpected bill mailed to you. Unlike other health care clinics, you know the cost of care before you receive the care.

Our health care team is your team and we are here to help when you need us. As your health care advocate and partner, we can write you a prescription and, by working with the medical community, help you find a specialist offering an affordable treatment option.

Freedom Health Group's Guiding Principles:

1. Access through membership should provide value.
2. Quality primary, preventive, and urgent care health services can be affordable.
3. A member’s time is just as important and valuable as the health care provider’s.
4. Members should know if treatment has improved their health and have a report card that tracks the results of care provided.
5. Providers should follow-up with their customers 3-4 days after their visit as part of high-quality care and great customer service.
6. You should not have to pay for more health care than you use.
7. As paying members, you have a voice in your clinic
